Paulinea Brami
About
My painting explores unstable spaces between apparition and disappearance — traversable places where different perceptions, temporalities, and states of transformation coexist. Figures, animals, and forms resembling imaginary writings emerge through fragments, like fleeting presences that resist any fixed definition.
Based in France, between forest and coastline, I draw inspiration from landscapes in continual transformation. Drawing on mythology, ecology, and ideas of transformation, I create paintings and installations that invite viewers into uncertain spaces, where perception can shift and new relationships between inner and outer worlds may emerge.
